totally agree... we laid off about a third of our support staff - offshored to India. 30 year, smart, competent veterans axed - some young and have some opportunity elsewhere, others older and committed to the organization to their detriment... My boss spent half an hour trying to convince the remaining staff how wonderful our new “partners” across the Pacific are - she is completely tone deaf.
